Hired an excavator for two days, tried to charge us 3 hours more on the clock (luckily we took pictures for reference) then tried to say there was sand in the tank and their mechanic would have to have a look and would charge accordingly, after we said we would organise our own mechanic to take a look in their yard, under their gaze. They switched it up and said that it would be fine. Will be hiring out from another local company that wants return business -_- dorks.
