        Denying me from speaking to my own brother when I told the lady I'm my brothers younger sister I've been rang by the cops that's he's there disgusting. I live in gisborne not there

        Confusing long signs ground floor entrance. Maori wording, some 2 lines long dominated signs with short simple english name tacked on end. Gaveup trying to interpret! Guessed from memory and walked to 1st floor, signs similar but english name tacked on end was bold print so could follow arrows. Large Parking area was hard to find space 8.15am. Staff were very efficient and proffesional and short wait time however referral took months... but I didnt die. Sad to see maori wording has dominated much of New Zealand with few understanding it when NZ is part of and relies on western world.
