        Been almost two weeks now since i placed my order. I sent an email 13 days ago and another yesterday yet still no reply? I called the store and was told the manager would give me a call in a couple minutes and still nothing! Was needing these supplys for a cale order due next week and ordered with plenty of time to get here. So I thought anyway. Yet it has still not dispatched. WOULD NOT RECOMEND!

        Absolutely disgusting experience with this company cancels and refunds an order 2 days out from my wee girls party without notification or explanation just because I queried why it was taking so long in comparison to other much larger party supply companies, met with rudeness and was hung up on by the shop staff after requesting to speak to a manger. If youd like to see the thread of communication happy to provide so you can see the other reviews are fictitious. You cant give anything less than 1 star but if I could Id give negative. What an awful experience and I definitely do NOT recommend.
