It was wonderful I thoroughly enjoyed the whole performance and very moving tribute especially when we stood for the Ukrainian national anthem. My heart goes out to the people of Ukraine who are suffering over the greed of one man in Russia.

This beautiful theatre was the perfect setting for the graduation ceremony for Massey University. Though I studied at this university years ago, I was there for my daughter's graduation. It was an amazing scene with huge graphic dispays including video, the stage set for the dignitaries and the welcome with the playing of the conch, and the karanga, the prochancellors speech and many others, then the presentation of graduands with their degrees. This was followed by a parade down to the Square and an afternoon tea. The Regent is a grand old building with great accoustics, and atmosphere enhanced by the lighting comfortable seating , and excellent access in and out of theatre. There are parking buildings nearby and the graduates were all given coupons for very cheap all day parking. Well done Regent, and Massey!
