        Awesome day out, I spent about 9 hours at Alba knives, you can make what ever you want, nothing is a problem. With a max of 3 people at time you'll get plenty of tuition. John has the patience of a saint and as John will tell you its not work, its a passion for him. The value is excellent as well, there is no other knife course in NZ that comes close.
