        Visiting family in Palmerston North and one of my hearing aids failed. Phoned up, asking if they could take a look and was invited to bring it in straight away. Upon arrival one of the audiologists immediately resolved the issue (fortunately just a clogged filter, of which I didn't have any spares with me) and didn't charge me! Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was really lovely and polite. If this is indicative of the type of service they provide in general then I absolutely recommend them!
