Every time I've gone in here the team have been absolutely amazing. I will only use Kiwi bank. Based on exceptional customer service. And I'm. Hard person to please. So well done. The smiles are also enough to turn your mood around.

Businesses beware. They have removed the deposit box, and often have half hour waits to make a deposit. Our charity staff do not have time to wait in line every day, which had resulted in us being robbed and losing a large amount of cash. I would not recommend any business that deals with cash use Kiwibank unless they bring back a deposit box.

The 1 star is for the new hours. Really hard to deposit cash to the business account during these hours when trying to run a business as well as the time in line to get in. Please get a deposit system sorted or even operate the hours at another time of the day like early or later. The staff have always been delightful but this is really difficult atm and we are considering moving accounts which includes multiple business accounts as well as our whole family personal accounts due to not being able to deposit or get face to face service at practical times if the day

Terrible experience with a very rude arrogant staff member who was antagonizing me and Making me jump through alot of hoops that I didn't need to jump through which the manager agreed with.. when I started to raise my voice after some time his co worker told me to respect him with out even knowing the situation and tried to assert her authority.. personally if I was her I would have been professional and tried to de esculate the situation rather than put fuel to the fire. Each to there own but me personally won't be going back there.. totally unprofessional.. manager said he would get back to me after talking with them rand never did.
