        I have lost faith in CC's because they got rid off my original cv that had all my original school certificates and work experience and references and my original birth certificate it was in my file I was told it would be safe there know there saying it wasn't there know just making excuses and lieing and covering each other back there not taking any responsebly know there saying we can spoport you to make a new cv how can they do that all my original certificates references and references was in my cv

        My renewal was sent to an old address so didn't get to me in time.The phone conversation I had with these people was respectful and the lady truly cared which was reflected in her voice.Cant praise them enough.And next time I will make sure they have correct address and email details.
