Right from the get go I realised we had made a good choice in hiring Alteration Specialists to undertake the renovation of our ensuite bathroom. This was totally reinforced as work progressed. Everything was done to a high standard and in a totally professional manner. All staff (and subcontractors) were extremely courteous, considerate and a pleasure to deal with as well as being very conscientious in tidying up at the end of the working day. I would have no hesitation in hiring them again.

We wanted a garage built at the front of our 1907-built villa, plus a walk-in wardrobe. The team at Alteration Specialists was prompt getting in touch after we called them. They explained the process we needed to get through to see the project completed and had answers for all our questions. We decided on them to get the project done. They managed everything, from plans to consents to the build (including subcontractors) themselves. We had a great team at our site, and the attention to detail to make the 2020s garage fit the 1900s villa was great. We have our alterations completed and the garage and the house just blend perfectly. We added a fence after the initial project started. The fence was something we wanted, merging elements from different ideas. It was all our in our minds but the , and the team translated those thoughts into a reality. We love our garage, wardrobe and fence! Our experience was great: they listened to what we wanted, they were flexible when we adjusted our plans. What we appreciated: the promptness addressing our questions/comments; the attention to detail so the renovation blend seamlessly with the old villa; and they 'can- do' attitude. We highly recommend the team at Alteration Specialists.

We have no hesitation in recommending Alteration Specialists. Our build was a Covid lockdown project and Alteration Specialists were the most amazing team to work with despite staff and material shortages throughout the whole process. We were consulted, kept informed and found the whole build to be unobtrusive as they managed to separate the new build for our extension from our living space until the end. Wonderful team led by Justin and Cliffy on logistics and project management and their great team of builders. Thank you for creating our Wee White Hoose.
