Night n Day Tremaine

Decided to treat myself to a coffee before our journey, never had coffee here before just petrol, waited at the coffee counter, and waited... Man came shuffling around the corner with a face of glazed dreaminess, never actually acknowledged me or spoke to me, just stared, so I asked please could I have a coffee and stated order, again no words exchanged, he types my order into the till, then goes back around the corner never to be seen again. I look to the other man serving and ask is the guy ok, again no answer, I'm wondering why I'm being treated so poorly, makes my coffee and I pay, the whole experience has left me extremely upset as to why I was treated so poorly and ignored, I know to go else where next time.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in, no greeting, asked for $30 diesel clearly, the customer service representative repeats, 91? I responded, diesel. He enters the amount and the transaction is made with eftpos. No thank you no nothing. Did not feel as though he was welcoming or cared about his job. Ill be sharing my experience throughout Palmerston North. I have travelled from Hamilton and that was my experience. If I were you (customer) Id avoid using this service station. The worker was working the night shift on the 10/05. Not good at all Gull/DaynNight

Didn't even deserve a one star. Went in, from working all day and didn't have food all day was so hungry Ordered chicken and chips paid $11, when given the food chicken was small and the chips were cold i said to the lady "the chips are cold " and her response was did u want them hot, like f...... seriously so I asked her if nicely ifshe could make some more she did no apology or talk very rude When the chips came out they were half cooked ugh don't recommend getting food from there.
