        If you could give zero stars I would. Booked a moving truck weeks ago to shift house soon, just got called and told that someone else wants to extend their booking so the truck is unavailable to me, even though I have the dates booked. "its not ideal, but you can hire a trailer" isnt customer service. Disgrace.

        Hopeless. Booked a car trailer paid for it then get told I cant take it due to my tow vehicle then I turn around to get my money back but then oh you can take it if you want?. Either its ok or not ok ? Maybe check beforehand with what you are towing with what is being towed and this wouldnt happen. I know your only looking out for the customer but such a time wasting experience that could of been avoided!
