        Had issues right from the beginning, had signed the contract and paid the preliminary deposit, to them come back and say that the extras were not included even though it was written in the original contract. And then the price jumped by $50k. Finally came to an agreement only because they are the fastest around (only thing they're good at) during the build wanted us to pay more for things that was already included in the agreed price. Once they were paid up and the house was complete trying to get any advice or info is slim to none, they refer you to the book they give you. I don't recommend them at all unless you want a house built fast, if you do go with them do your research and get everything in writing Service: Home building
