        Left us waiting over 3 months for a quote. After multiple attempts to contact John (and not a single phone call returned), he texted me to say he is turning down jobs at the moment due to his busy work schedule (mind you, we didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call after waiting 3 months). Better customer service needed.

        After 5 months of waiting he just casually admitted he didnt want to redo my kitchen, he rather did work for Japac homes. He didnt have the professional attitude to tell me that a couple of months earlier. Dont get involved with this guy, not worth your time.

        John Dear Joinery did three retrofit joinery jobs for us. Their initial consultation was so thoughtful and considerate of what we wanted to achieve and the best way to do it. Their pricing was reasonable and their lead time was good. The installers did a great job of installing in some tricky areas of the house. The finished products look fantastic and we recommend Paul and his crew so very highly.
