Absolutely appalling service. Initially meant to collect bike- failed to do so so had to rebook for the following day. Diagnostic done to source root cause and parts delivered. Was agreed to be completed on Monday- Failed due to staff shortages (not my issue). Informed will be completed Tuesday, I followed up and was told bike was fix completed followed by another call saying it wasn't, eventually bike was collected Wednesday. Oh thats right forgot to mention Fairings not put on correctly, I'll do that tonight and they forgot to replace my battery charger leads after stating they never existed (Basically called me a liar) err no! it was there, Courtesy motorcycles lost it. Customer service is shocking and I will never in my life return to this shop for any work. Total embarrassment to the motorcycle community if this is what they call customer service. Oh that's right i emailed the owner who clearly didnt take onboard any of my points. and to get billed 3.5hrs labour for a stator change laughable. Bill paid but at the same time they have lost a customer.. Good riddens
