Quick to reply but gave me the complete opposite of what I need, I asked for a counsellor/psychologist for my severe hallucinations and they gave me a social worker? they also deadnamed me when I put my preferred name in the sheet and at the end of the form.

I booked my baby sisters into this place since theyve come to live with me and both had negative experiences. Telling someone that the illness theyve been struggling with for almost 10 years isnt real and is probably in their head is just incredibly rude. Try reading the notes, theyre there for a reason.

The only health service I have been to where each staff member from the receptionist to the nursers and doctors are empathetic, take the time to listen to you and don't make you feel like you are an inconvenience or just another patient to get out the door. Would be great if they grew and raised the age range, I will miss them!
