        Awesome and speedy service. I had forgotten about an issue with my A7IV's base plate, the folks at Phototronics rang me up and sorted postage to get it fixed. Everything was done overnight including postage time and I had my camera back in my hands for the weekend. Could not be more stoked. Highly recommend!

        The worst repair ever executed: I had to pay $360 for my Sony camera which was returned to me not repaired and on top the flash didn't work but worked previous to sending in. Can you believe it?! They would not let me off paying the repair coasts for something which was not done.

        If you've got modern Sony gear that needs repairing, Phototronic is the real deal. The repair wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for - job completed to an excellent standard and lens seems to be functioning perfectly. I would trust them again with my gear and will be going straight back if I ever need another repair.
