Well, where to start. I rang for a quote, was quoted $350, cool. I accepted immediately. No further contact after several messages to Ben. So, I posted a review with a 1 star rating, Ben then contacted me and said he had replied, and it was a big misunderstanding. I accepted that and apologized for posting the review and changed it. He said he would be in contact the next day. He didn't call. I left it, and 5 days later get a call to say he'd be there Wednesday. On the Wednesday, I receive a text advising me he had just been in my driveway, and it was starting to rain so he would come back another day. My home security shows nothing of the sort. I left it as he said he'd be in touch in a few days. Well 4 weeks later nothing. I messaged him again yesterday. Nothing . I just want my roof done, it's that not what you do? I fail to understand your issues, I also choose not too. It's a shame it has come to this, you sounded like an alright guy!
