If I could give zero stars, I would. We gave Brian King (owner of Conservatory and Building Solutions) a very large deposit (several thousand dollars) over eight months ago for our conservatory, and he has done nothing. We have wasted hours trying to reach him and his sons, Bradley and Haydon (also work for the company). After doing some research, it turns out he has done this to many people for many many years. He will take your money and you may seem him again or not at all. We have demanded that he return our deposit, but he ignores our calls and messages. We have been forced to seek legal help. Stay far away from this thief and his company.
