Property Brokers

What a terrible experience I have been having selling my property through Property Brokers. The agents behaviour has been incredibly unprofessional and did not fulfil any of the requests I made. Photos that showed the tenants private photos and family clutter were used, the advertisement never shown to me before going online. The same photographer was used by Watson and photos were amazing. I only have 4 examples of the advertisement as I was not given a copy despite being charged. Due to privacy I have had to severely edit photos. PB over charge sellers for work they out source. The agent kept bullying me to spend large amounts of money despite cheaper good options being available. He also insinuated I was a lying despite my lovely rental agent assuring me all was well. A terrible, unprofessional experience. I chose PB knowing they were more expensive than other Palmerston North RE agencies, I thought I was paying for an efficient professional service. Instead I was badgered, insulted and deceived. An agency to avoid! In response to Property Brokers you are aware that all the reply that were requested have been completed via the excellent support my rental manager at Harcourts? Having a wonderful and supportive agent who does not make rude and derogatory comments about my character has made a huge difference in getting all work completed. Again I am very disappointed by the tone of PB response. I have done all I can to make my house safe, clean and ready for sale, I do not appreciate the suggestion of anything less. Photos and bills for work completed can be supplied if I am again not believed. So very disappointed in PB. So please with my new agent at Watsons.

My Partner and I were looking for our first home.After lots of searching and a few missed offers we came across Lily Beck whom we found was the only agent who took us under her wing and became our buyers agent to help find us a property that met our brief and ticked both of our requirements. We felt she went out of her way to help shortlist properties of interest within budget (even under) which was great in this crazy market. Lily found us our first home. During the exercise we felt she explained the process well from start to finish.
