Vape Park

This was my very first shop i went to purchase my very first mod kit. The Co owner was very honest and knowledgeable. He told me the positive and negative of the different ones i had my eyes on and let me make my own decision without trying to push me into buying one that best for him. He listened and advised very well. I bought the vaporesso gen 200, Still got it today because it gave me a real positive experience. I have been a repeat customer since. There chosen range of juice is my favourite at the moment and they had best price for this brand. The other co owner was just as good as the first guy. then i met another dude which i deal with more often due to the time i usually visit. he was blardy awesome too. dripped a drop for me to taste rather than sell me blindly a bottle i might think i like in the case of shosha. No bottles of ejuice i buy i havent just left sitting there near full. though range is not as big due to size of the shop but customer service has always been outstanding to say the least. all the customers i've seen go in, always come out happy. Highly recommend this lil business.

Only Vape shop I bow go to. I have been taught a lot about Vaping as when I walked in to the shop I was a newbie amateur who had no idea what I was meant to grab or what level, salt's or not, there is boundless information about Vaping. I was very lucky to catch Jess in the store and she done amazing at working out what I was wanting with vaping and she helped me decide on my very first ever power box vape and I loved it, it was exactly what I was wanting. I love that they have laybug and afterpay as I am then able to go in and get a good few months worth of everything I may need and enough juice's and coils to last me ges u til I go back in to the shop again. There is many vape shops around now day's. But customer service like feeling a part of the family when you walk in the shop makes the entire process an enjoyable one and not full of anxiety to rush and pick and get out of the way for other's which in turn has left me with a good dozen juice's that are brand new and i will never use just not for me. But that was going into vape shops that didn't have the same atmosphere and a lot less friendly and helpful. So I believe that this Vape shop in particular has something that I haven't come across anywhere else in Palmerston North and that is customer service going above and beyond and being approachable and open to speak to and get you the best out of your time at the shop and walk out with exactly what you need.

Amazing staff who know their products so are very helpful with their recommendations. Great customer service, and the new guy always makes my day with his positive energy.
