This is the second time I've been there and staff don't seem to have knowledge about electrical instead told me to find an electrician both times.

Poor customer relations, have just moved to Levin, called to the store needing 500mm of 6mm twin and earth, and to set up a trading account, was told by the lady we only do 1 metre lengths at $9.70 "trade price. Went to Mitre10 no problem at $3.60. You have no idea J.A. Russell how much trade you have lost from my company because of your poor unacomodating and some what cold service.
