        Send me email asking for top up loan and after that gave me ton of paper work didnt keep any records of customers. Its wasted time with this customer service

        Should be no stars from me, applied for $6.300 loan online, application forms keep'd saying $10,000, couldn't change it, so I didn't meet application criteria, I rang them and explained this, the woman I spoke to said loan representative was busy at present but would get them to ring me once available, haven't heard a thing, that was 2 weeks ago, I have excellent credit rating I will add, so stuff Oxford finance, there is other finance companies I will deal with in future, Obviously don't need the business.
