Very friendly and helpful in the Levin store. They were happy to come out and quote to fix our wood burner (baffle needed replacement) And the work was organised and done very quickly. The guy arrived very promptly at the appointment time, and cleaned up before he left, even though I told him he didn't really need to. Very happy to use them again in the future

Just had my wood burner installed, and found the staff and owners great to deal with friendly helpful industry expert advice, competitive pricing on install eg, didn't quote me for what I didn't need. Responsive to any questions I had and helped with council compliance, did a great job on my not so level hearth too.

These lovely people who own and work in the Hall of Flame are the best I have ever encountered. I have had the BEST help, advice and service from the people employed in this shop that I have ever had from anyone in Palmerston North. I cannot recommend them and their staff highly enough. I have sadly had 3 fireboxes installed by various PN fire place shops and their recommended installers. The first was illegal. I paid them for the Council permit, they pocketed the money and never got it approved. It was seen incidentally by a fire approved officer who told me to stop using the box immediately. It was a finger space away from the wall. The wall was SO hot it could have combusted and if the house had burnt I would have had no insurance at all, due to no Council permit. I was at the time working at Palmerston North hospital, I was being so badly bullied by a top Physician who still works there to this day. He also gets away with continuing to bully staff. I developed a pain syndrome as a result of work. I was bullied even more after my injury in spite of finding out the person in the position before me had let four hospital wide machines critical for determining care... Had been incorrectly calibrated for 15 yrs. I went from being the best person he had ever had in this position ... To someone he could no longer push around. So I did not have the Council permit on the foremost of my mind. Hall of Flame gave me information about new bricks in the firebox that no one else ever gave me. Thanks Jaime and staff for all you have done for me. I will direct everyone your way in future
