        I think the brand is let down by the Levin gym. My experience was that some staff are rude and disinterested. I was fobbed off from one staff member to another and neither of them did the gym induction which is advertised as being part of the membership. Levin also did not honour the personal trainer starter pack I won, despite the person answering Facebook messages (not from Levin) keen for it to be honoured. I put this down on the form as feedback when I cancelled my membership. Good customer service would be noticing that and honouring it, but I think it is an example of the generally poor customer service that I have seen at that branch. During lockdown I really enjoyed the online sessions with staff at the other branches who were positive and enthusiastic. I think it is just Levin that lets down the brand.
