I had just lost my father suddenly April 2021, IC marks were caring beyond my expectations & i appreciate you during that difficult time!! **until you struggle to pay...the worst debt collectors Ive ever dealt with, they We're at times arrogant rude people, there recovery fee was ridiculous!! And doesn't help the situation by penalising me more!! **I honestly say stop, think before making any decision, or signing anything, get advice!! Or Quotes, it was scary and emotional during his final preparation process the costs were really high for cremation. when your emotions are high & raw with grief we say or make decisions we later wish we could retract. **To IC marks your professionalism was outstanding. My apologies for the long haul towards payment. ** RIP DAD** XX

I highly recommend this team of fabulous people for when you lose someone dear. They helped us make the best decisions and guided us through a process we no idea about. A special thanks to Glen our funeral director and Ruth our celebrant. These were our main go to for things. A thanks to Darryl and Kathryn who were also behind the scenes doing other stuff. I found I.C. Mark very good. They listened to our wishes and carried them out without a hitch. I found their manner excellent and were sensitive and respectful in their approach to me and my family.
