Spoke with Natalie to book my mower and trimmer in for a service. When i go in on the day agreed there is no booking in the system. I took a day off to get this done because servicing is important, guess i loose! Staff are clearly very stressed and understaffed but are trying their hardest. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Booked a service over the phone and was told to bring it in and it would take a day. I bought the items in and they had no bookings and said it would take 2-3 days. Terrible service

Wow, I took a road bike rear wheel in to get tire change and supplied the new tire, when I rang them I got quoted $60, when I dropped wheel and tire off I got a written quote of $70 so thought I'm here now I'll get it done for that, (thinking it's getting up there), dropped off at 1.30pm on the day, picked wheel up next morning at a cost of $78, so three different prices all up, expensive i thought, there hourly rates must be horrendous because it takes less 30 minutes to change a tire, that's what ya get for not purchasing the tire off them and supplying ya own, I bet they couldn't supply the same tire for the price I paid online because there cost to change it reflected that, they had the cheek to ask where I bought it from, that right there tells me it hurt them to change a tire over that they didn't sell, I've had many bikes in my time (I'm 61 yrs old), never paid that for tire change ever, they won't be getting my business again......
