        Wrong label was put on my daughters medication which caused us to double dose her for 4 doses before I called to confirm what I already suspected! Right medication in the bottle, wrong label so wrong dosage was given. Luckily it was over a short period so not toxic poisoning. Could have been a very dangerous mistake.
