The lady I spoke to today was very unhelpful and did not seem to know much about hydroponics. All good there are lots of hydroponic shops now. 05/08/2022 In response to the owners response. It sounds like you got the sanitised version of the phone call dude and I will not remove it and stand by it completely as it is an accurate reflection of the conversation.. It is clear that you are making some assumptions about the situation that are wrong, if your employee had acted like a adult and let me speak and had not hung up on me like a rude spoiled child you would understand the situation. So because of that, your intimidation attempt is a fail and the review stays. In addition, when I first spoke to her I advised I was interested in experimenting with the Kratki method (for my veggie garden as we are entering a period of food shortage) which only needs a bucket with a lid, yet she started going on about expensive auto pots which I had no interest in or need of. This shows either her hydroponic knowledge is very little or she was trying to con me into buying expensive equipment I did not ask for or need. It was when I was asking about nutrients (which I want to share with a young lady in need) which was confusing me that she started her childishness so she could not even get that right when talking to you. If she had let me speak and not hung up on me, and then said something like "sorry I can not help you" then it would have been a satisfactory phone call. But she did not and it was not. People with terminal illnesses have a legal defence (as I was trying to explain but could not because she would not let me speak) and the young lady I am trying to help does not have the time needed to deal with such a rude unknowledgeable unhelpful business such as yours so I have no interest in calling you to discuss anything. Like I said above there are lots of hydroponics shops now and I got the help I needed elsewhere.
