South Pacific Roses, yes to describe this place after visiting it on Thursday, it was nothing but excellent. The roses were in rows marked in alphabetical order, tied up so they don't get damaged, excellent specimens, lovely and healthy, a rose person's dream, excellent selection. Phil the staff member that was on was very knowledgeable, very helpful with assisting us, very nice man to deal with. Deb was on Friday when we went back, another lovely member of staff. So with plenty of parking out front, prices are very good to with the quality of the roses. Round up all these top quality points going for South Pacific Roses and l have no negative ones at all, please go down to Otaki, it is just on the outskirts of the town heading towards Wellington, look at these healthy stunning Roses, very nice staff to serve you. Beautiful flowers, well-packaged and extremely fast delivery, received them 24hrs after I ordered! Very pleasant to deal with on the phone too. Highly recommend!

Brilliant place. Whenever I visit my cousin, our ritual is to head to Pacific roses in Otaki and shop! Its my treat to myself, after working hard, thats how I justify it anyway. Theyre so helpful and all the roses I buy have flourished. Andtheres nearly always roses on specialmy happy place.

I ordered rose on 9/10 night but still have not received it now. I emailed and called them so many timesunfortunately nobody can help me sort it out. It is really a bad experience in my life.
