Had such a good examination today. So thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend this optometrist.

Just an update: I went to Feilding to Visique, who I have never dealt with before. They replaced the nose pads for free (I expected to pay, as I didn't purchase through them), in doing so gained themselves several new customers.*Note: No mention to them of this debacle either* When the opposition looks after their oppositions customers better, nothing else needs to be said! Visique Feilding Ross is great at what he does, as is Patsy. The other lady not so much. Zero after care on defective parts was told I have to pay for the repair. Albeit only $9, they're not even 6 months old. Ah well on to the next one for my family, no biggie! Disappointed massively

Took my grandad in to have an eye check. The optometrist was extremely thorough. He was patient - which is really hard to be with the old boy. He asked questions about his history and he took the time to find the perfect pair of frames, as my grandad has a nose injury from years ago. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I'll be going there from now on. Well beyond worth the price.

Eye check was extremely good thorough. Listened and took on clients needs. Staff helpful with the choosing of frames. My experience was better and cheaper than I had previosly had in the bigger cities.
