Tui Brewery (Tui HQ)

New Zealand is expensive at the best of times. The Tourists come and get taken for a ride by these little wayside operators. The brewery Tour is an Absolute Rip off. Cost me $100 for 4 of us at $25 a head and cannot even enter any old buildings. Health and safety concerns. It's their fault, they let the building get to that state. This not a working brewery anymore. All their beer is mass produced in Auckland. We stood in the lawn and listened to the history of the place. Then on to a micro brewery which is not working either. The pub serving the beer was booked out with special private reservation, hence the line up to get a beer was huge. We walked out without finishing the tour or even tasting the Beer. Waste of time and money.

Was looking forward to meal but we're really disappointed. Not only waited 40 minutes for meal the pancakes were cold with a little bit of ham? What happed to the bacon!! My husband had a burger & there was no salad in it, just meat?? Chips were cold. Beer great & Coffee was great. Place was not busy so not sure why meals took so long!!

Waited over an hour for a pizza... and still waiting... Not very busy with only 19 customers in the whole place... not worth the stop.
