Brilliant I approached Kath about the first house I was interested in and she was very informative and got the relevant paperwork to me very quickly and also followed up on how the application for finance was going and keeped me posted on any developments unfortunately I lost this purchase due to the bank mucking me around. The second house she approached me to see if I was interested and I was same thing had everything in its place and the deal was done within two weeks I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in ohakune/Raetihi go and see Kath because she will sort it out without any stress at all
