Friendly, efficient and super informative. Our group of 5 were equipped with bikes, 4 electric and 1 normal. We were provided helmets and given instructions on how to use the bikes, we were then loaded into a van and driven to the start at Horopito. We were provided a map and great instructions then sent on our way. It was a spectacular day and a great ride. The bikes were perfect for what we needed. It was a bumpy track in places and we now have sore butts but all in all we are so pleased we did this.

These guys were fantastic- really knowledgeable about the tracks and they provided excellent service remediating our personal bike issues. Others in our group hired bikes and they were great bikes at a great rate. I would highly recommend. We had a fantastic weekend and will definitely be back.

The service this business gives, is the best! I dropped in to pick up a map for the Old Coach Rd trail, and got a helpful overview of where to park for the actual beginning of the trail, and which part of the trail some riders dont bother doing if you only want to do the highlights. We set off from the Ohakune end, planning to do the return trip that afternoon. Along the way, my husband developed a migraine, so was only just able to get to the Horopito end. I called Kune Shuttles to see if we could get a shuttle to collect us and return us to our car, which the proprietor was eager to do. He came straight away, and 15 minutes later we were on our way back to our car. I could not recommend them highly enough.

The Smith Family senior group of 9 was organised by Trevor, Tues 21st through to Saturday 26 February 2023 on our e.bikes, we were very satisfied with MAX and his team at KUNE SHUTTLES ! Our adapted weather related trail Mountain to Sea (Ohakune to Wanganui) journey we made up was well done. We were given a GPS tracker , etc, and informed of trail and history at the start of each day. The downhill from Turoa with clear views to Ohakune was exhilarating, walks and waterfall on the way down. In the afternoon some biked the Old Coach. On Wednesday we went with the Bridge to Nowhere yellow speedboat tour with Murray from Pipiriki Village into Bridge to Nowhere and return, we walked over the bridge and in. We chose to be shuttled to each days start spot down the trail , cycle on, then shuttled coming back to Rocky Mountain Chalets in Ohakune each night. The restaurants in Ohakune are great.. Max shuttled us to and from the restaurant on our last night. We had our own e-bikes, also they have bikes to hire. The weather was a bit cooler at times but was great bikng weather and the views following the Wanganui river down were amazing. We made it to the North Mole, Wanganui Sea !!!

Fantastic experience with an extraordinary driver. Max showed us the whole road up to Mt. Ruapehu and explained a lot about the region. It was more than just a shuttle!
