        Fantastic park with mature huge old oak trees, really well run and Comfy have stayed here two days and highly recommend a gem

        In contrast to the name "Carnival Park" this campground is blissfully peaceful. :) For cyclists doing the Tour Aotearoa you would struggle to get closer to the official route. The owner was easy going and chatty. I recommend all TAers stop here to recharge your body/mind.

        Clean, peaceful, tidy. Lovely grass field by a tranquil bush walk, great showers, and tidy well maintained facilities. There is no road noise and the sound of Tuis in the morning was a lovely way to wake up
