Plenty of variety of cold drinks in fridge.
Good milkshakes and coffee.
Very family friendly place.

Nearby activities: Played Golf at Rangatira Sunday morning. Awesome course with spectacular scenery. Often admired when driving pass. A must to play.
Food & drinks: Really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Reine and her team looked after us really well. Bar was just like the old days and the locals were just as welcoming as the Hotel.
Meal at night was most welcome. (Started in the bar at 3pm). Had the roast pork. Large meal and well cooked. Other 3 in the group were well satisfied .
Hearty breakfast in the morning topped off our stay. (The full breakfast is recommended after a long night in the bar.
Noteworthy details: If you want a boys weekend away and golf the following morning and all very reasonably priced. I suggest give the place ago especially if you are in your 50's or 60's and you remember the bars of long ago when everyone got a long.
