NOVUS Glass - Bells Diesel Truck & Tractor

Travelling from Hamilton to Levin, my power steering gave out, car overheated, forcing me to sleep in Taihape overnight (in my car). The next morning, I rang round all the mechanics, all were fully booked, Bell's Diesel, was the 4th on my list and fully booked, but did offer to look at my car. I told them I was on my way to Levin, as my daughter was sick and needed some help. Tho they were super busy they managed to juggle things around to SQUEEZE my car in, on their afternoon schedule. The serpentine belt had come off, partly because a bearing had seized, and no replacement belts anywhere in town. BELL'S DIESEL guys, were so awesome, they literally saved the day!!! I thank you and my daughter thanks you all so very much for your kindness. I highly recommend AAA +++

We were travelling from Auckland going towards Picton to catch the ferry. Due to potholes on the way, had tires issues and Willy (guess that was the name) was extremely helpful, understanding and supportive. We were denied by 3 others mechanics around without even looking at the problem. Willy couldn't help resolve but at least made the tires work for short distance. Genuine, honest and helpful. We need more people like him.
