Kevin is an amazing guitar teacher and has grown a talented team of teachers who work alongside him. I really like Kevins approach. I was impressed with the way online lessons were offered during COVID isolations. My son loves his lessons. He is learning electric and acoustic guitar simultaneously and is learning really fast.

Kevin Downing took me from being a 'self taught' three chord thrash hit and hope guitarist to being a competent accompanist for my own and others songs. The guitar education I've received has greatly influenced my songwriting and performance - chord knowledge particularly. But more than anything has been the influence he has had on my career, with industry insider information, practical mindsets and ever supportive encouragement. He has a great sense of humour too. You can't go wrong signing up for lessons. Unless you don't!

I highly recommend. I've progressed way further on guitar and bass with Kevin's structured teaching, than I did in ten plus years of mucking around with youtube tutorials. Plus learning to read notation I have found has been invaluable to my playing. Thanks Kevin and Joella

All the teachers here do an amazing job at making it easy to play guitar. Kevin and the team provide a friendly, individualised learning experience which has seen me advance my guitar playing a long way. I would highly recommend the school to anyone.
