Brilliant!!!! Emergency call out at 9pm on a Friday night, Luke wasn't on duty and still came out in the rain and helped us out.. got the boys fishing trip back on the road ( lucky for us as half way from Christchurch to Bay of Islands) so we didn't end up losing time at all.. can't thank and recommend Luke enough.. Cheers again..

Luke literally saved my holiday. Car broke down in Waitarere Beach night of the 23rd December, right when everyone had shut for the Christmas break. This was problematic as we were due to catch a cook straight ferry on the 27th, and most places were shut over the next few days - I thought our trip was screwed! I messaged him morning of the 24th and he came over the same day and diagnosed the problem. Over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day he managed to find the parts needed, we went for a trip to pick them up on Boxing Day and he got everything back up and running same day. Absolutely amazing service. If you read the other google reviews there are obviously a lot of people who can say similar things about their experiences. Luke is an absolute legend and the service he offers should be more common throughout New Zealand.
