        Awesome spot, with picnic tables to pull over and rest. The views are spectacular. The baby seals were playing in a reef. Seal pups should be left undisturbed, they are using a lot of precious calories if they are chased or scared into the water. They don't have much body fat on them. They are at there most vulnerable and less than half will survive.

        Great place to explore the seals and also nice and peaceful spot to spend the night close to Kaikoura. No facilities though so you have to be fully self contained.
