Our stay over this Easter for my 70th birthday with family who were finally able to catch up over our generous 3 day stay was perfect for so many reasons. Liane and Alan, your Lodge, your welcome and setting is just perfect and beautiful. From the time Alan picked us up on Pier C in Havelock, both you and your staff did not disappointed. Attention to detail, the food, the trouble you went to with little 20 mth old Millie including her own delightful platters of food, let alone our own needs and meals, were all provided for beautifully. The ability for the family to rest, fish, kayak and walk plus enjoy the fabulous meals you provided was without a doubt, top notch and much appreciated. For me to just watch my two daughters and their families just enjoy catching up was everything. We all so appreciated the ability to be able to share such a wonderful and serene part of our beautiful Aotearoa. It was without a doubt a special weekend, and yes, your company included. Beaut birthday cake as well Thank you both so much for all you did to make this birthday celebration one out of the box.

Our stay at Raetihi could not have been better. Alan and Liane are fantastic hosts, the staff is really friendly, the food is very good, and Julie the masseuse is the best. The accomodation feels spacious, clean, and tidy and the whole place is a little slice of paradise in a stunning location. We loved the many opportunities for swimming, kayaking and bike riding. This was my third visit to the Lodge, and I will definitely be back!
