Affinity Charters t/a Affinity Cruises

We highly recommend our Marlborough Sounds Cruise with Affinity. Jason was an amazing skipper, with huge local knowledge and was friendly, flexible, professional - a lovely guy. The crew were absolutely fantastic - nothing was too hard for Benji, and Laurie was our incredible chef - the food was beautiful. The boat had everything we needed - with many keen fishermen/women on board Jason was very accommodating and we fished almost every day. Also had some wonderful tramps at various places, and Jason always found the perfect calm anchorage spot each night and we'd wake up to breathtaking views. We'll definately return to do the Steward Island and Fiordland cruises.

Thank you ,Thank you ,Thank you for a great holiday. Starting with Connie, she went over and above with all her help and correspondence to me in organising this holiday for my friend and myself. My thoughts on Jason ,Benji and Laurie are ,this cruise would have never been so great without them, for the whole trip we all were treated as if we were royalty. When we first arrived in Wellington airport for our flight to Pohara then on our cruise we could not have been looked after any better. The food that Laurie managed to prepare for us ,you would have thought it had come out of a first class kitchen, so a big thanks to Laurie, beautiful French food ,Lemon meringue pie etc etc..... Benji was a person the never stopped working ,when he wasn't helping Jason with pulling up the anchor, tying up the boat to various wharves, getting great fish off rods and lines that we managed to catch ,setting tables, washing up after meals the list goes on and on, then he was vacuuming the floors. Now comes our Captain, Jason, what a lovely humble person he is. Jason made me feel so safe on our journey ,looking for the safest places to moor over night, taking us to all places of interest every day looking after each one of us personally, he also helped with the washing up etc. The only thing that was hard for me ,being an aged person, I found the cabins very small, the steps very steep to climb in the middle of the night to get to the toilets and the toilets/shower rooms very small but you can look past these negatives when you have the staff looking after you.

We have done 4 cruises with affinity and all have been to the highest standard. Last one this week the crew just great and made you welcome, the food was out of the world great cook. Would recommend affinity cruise.

Our group loved our recent cruise with Affinity with the Queen Charlotte track option. The fabulous crew - Jason, Laurie and Benji - created a lovely feeling on board right from us coming aboard. And the food!! Just fabulous. Affinity itself was well appointed and had all we needed to be comfortable over the 6 days onboard. Definitely recommend.

The Marlborough Sounds On Affinity was a bunch of superlatives from our wonderful caring crew, to the 'delcieux' meals, to giving us a chance to walk, visit interesting historic sites,swim,canoe, fish.I loved it all. Thank you so much. Josie
