Terrible trip, sat in lounge area as all seating had people lying across them asleep taking up most seating available, the lounge was terrible with the smell of the out of order toilets wafting thru the ferry, one in use out of three. Bar only open for half hour after sailing started, closed then opened again one hour before arriving in Picton, service was dismal, will be using the Interislander from now on.

I booked a ferry with a car from South to North 2 months in advance, they cancelled my booking 10 hours before.
No availability until the next month, so Ive to wait one month in Picton ?
I drop off my rental car in an other city (before the date), I paid some fees, I bought a flight to CHC to WEL, and I rented a new car to WEL to CHC, I spent $2000 extra thanks to your incompetence and some delay in my roadtrip. You broke my plans.
I tried to call you during your opening hours, no one answered me, is it professional ?
I understand you can have some mechanic issues on your boat, but youre supposed to be a company (so professional), you will have been able to foresee this, you should have find us a solution with another date (not a month after), or have a spare boat.
How can you be so bad ?
I hope your business becomes like the Titanic. Youre the shame of NZ.
