        Peter (owner) might be the nicest chap in New Zealand! Super chilled and lovely, let us park our campervan up on the lawn and stay a couple of nights for 20 dollars per person per night. Showers great, kitchen brilliant with loads of utensils and gas rings. Fruit to pick in the garden, hammocks to lie in, and Peter rents out bikes and tells you all about the vineyards you can visit. Also some really lovely permanent guests who we chatted to (including Karen, hope pumpkin the cat gets better soon!). What more could you want in a hostel? Perfect place.
