        Waited for 10 minutes for a staff member to appear from the restroom. Took our money for a tasting then told us to take a table (but not the one we chose). Then waited another 10 minutes while she served a bus that arrived after us. Then had to ask for a tasting (again). Seemingly forgot we were there. Very disappointed
