        How lucky are we in Marlborough to have someone who really knows Euro vehicles and all other vehicles. Wayne gives exceptional service. When we had a warranty problem with our 2021 GLA, "Mercedes Me" sent out an AA road service man who was no help and they wanted to have our vehicle towed to CHCH, Nelson or Wellington from Picton. We got the vehicle to Altec and Wayne diagnosed the problem in 5 mins. Through his contacts he had the part by the next day and had it fitted and the vehicle now runs smoothly. We will have the vehicle back to Wayne for its next service and will not worry about the so called free service offered by the dealer in CHCH.
