What an utter disappointment. I was quoted to do a pretty simple job and I was told that it would be completed in the next few weeks. A month later, after ringing to request an update, I was given a date 5 weeks away. When they hadn't appeared or contacted me I rang for a update and was asked to wait another month. Another no show then once again I had to ask, only to be told next week. That also came and went, so I yet again asked for a new date only to be ignored. Finally I asked again and after another wait have been told that the work cannot be done. Appalling communication and I can't comment on the work because it was not even started.

We hired them last year, they left before completing the work because they had another job. They stated they would return, they invoiced us a week later and it took a month to get them back to grind down the stump. I gave them the benefit of the doubt deciding it was fluke since our neighbor recommended them. This time around we've attempted to get a quote for two trees, one which requires root removal. While it only took three days to schedule the first quote, no one showed up. Three emails and a week later, the team finally responded that someone would be in touch. It took a while but someone finally showed up, unfortunately it was during a time we specifically stated we weren't available. After more prompting, we received an incomplete quote which only addressed one of the trees and didn't include root removal. They stated they would have to return for the quote, it's been two months and we're still trying to nail down a time. At this stage, we've decided to go with another vendor. Our experience shows significant gaps in their reliability and communication.

Great advice given, immediate quote, excellent service & friendly & professional staff got the job done quickly & stress free & even cleaned up & took all the rubbish away. I definitely recommend this company.
