Pelorus Air

My partner and I had an amazing time flying over the sounds with Pelorus Air near Picton. Our pilot Paul was very knowledgeable of the area, talking us through the history and even landing us on his families air strip where we met his parents! Such a lovely family owned and operated business! Would recommend to anyone!!

These guys were amazing , we were meant to be crossing on the ferry to get to the Ed Sheeran concert. The ferry was delayed by 5 hours if it wasnt for this company we would never have got there. Thank you so much for making our trip possible.The flight was amazing and the team was so nice and really caring to get us and the other families they took across to Wellington. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them .

Excellent trip, super welcoming family owned business, making people's dreams true. We wanted to add friends from cruise at last moment and they actually switched the aircraft and accomodate us all... we were running a little late, and they adjusted our times... what more one could ask

My wife booked us on a flight tour of the sounds and it was fabulous! Chris was our pilot and is one of the sons in this family business. We flew about 30 and then landed on their private grass runway by the beach at their family residence. Then had about a 25 min flight back. The views were spectacular and Chris was a great guide who answered all our questions. Highly recommend!!
