wonderful food and service, with stunning scenery. you should definitely sit outdoors if you have the chance to. they have a couple of bean bags that you can drag onto the field, which faces the vineyard and mountains.

It is not a problem the restaurant only serves cold raw food. However it is NOT okay they gave us food poisoning. After having their food, people in my group felt nauseous and had a stomachache. Wine tasting was great, friendly staff. But unfortunately the whole experience was ruined because of the food quality. Not recommending and won't visit again.

We love visiting wineries since we live close to Napa and Sonoma and also had Cloudy Bay in the US so this was supposed to be the highlight.......only it didn't. It was as another reviewer commented a corporate experience which reminded me of some wineries in Napa and furthermore the staff in the tasting room didn't appear genuinely warm but standoffish. All the wines we had were a let down. Their sparkling was the only decent out of the bunch. We've had much better wines when we visited Waiheke Island and Forrest and Framingham! The saving grace was dining outside at their on-site restaurant. The oysters, clams, ceviche and zucchini salad was what set the tone for the rest of our experience. Being a winery, the food did not disappoint and we ended up ordering seconds for some of the items. Beautiful scenery and backyard. Just come here for the food; not the wines.
