        Although we used these guys 18 months ago we have only just found out that they did a very poor job of pumping our septic tank. He pumped the septic from the inlet pipe, did not uncover the lid like he should have and was only here about 20 mins. He never came near me when he finished just took off without any communication. Being a female on my own at the property he probably thought "she won't know any difference'. We have just had our septic emptied by a very professional company and explained how it all works, they had to dig up the grass to find the lid. Maybe it was just too hard for this company to do the job properly, but charged me $280 for nothing. UPDATE: The company rang and apologised.

        I rang for an urgent task which required an empty of our septic tank. Steve arrived, was absolutely fantastic, helpful and completed the job to a very high standard. Highly reccomend this business. Thanks Steve and team.
