Great service I brought a new stove

Beware they advertise things they don't actually have in stock. Bought a freezer and it took like 2.5 months to arrive. I allowed a month before purchase which I thought was plenty of time as my parents in the South Island had homekill to give us (we are in the North Island). My parents ended up having to buy another freezer because appliance plus took so long and we couldn't bring the meat home. We paid extra for 3x checked in bags on multiple flights so we could bring meat back but every time we flew down South we couldn't bring meat back because the freezer still hadn't arrived. Rung them multiple times to try and get a yes or no answer of when it was coming or if it would arrive while we were away and couldn't get hold of anyone. So I contacted the waikato store and got transfered to different people but no one could help me, then I got hung up on. Only got correspondence via email pretty much. They could also provide more photos of the inside and features of the freezer. The freezer has a weird handle that's also the latch so if you grab the handle while closing it doesn't close. It's already defrosted overnight one time leading to us having to chuck out meat. Silly design. Not impressed with the service or product.

Brilliant. Rang about a cooktop, Richard gave us amazing details about the brand and service, so we hopped in the car and bought it.And to top it of, the best price! Happy customer, will return.

Called and talked to lady who put item on hold for me to go to store as only item left in colour we needed. Went in next day and purchased item. They even arranged for the courier to pick up and deliver. Great service. Purchased all our Appliances there 15 yrs ago and just starting to replace. Thanks
